Membership is annual, 1st April to 31st March. There are no pro-rata reductions. Winter membership is available from 1st October at half the normal joining rate plus the full joining fee.
Introducing New Members - An information pack is available from the membership secretary upon request. Please refer anyone who might be interested in joining BLTC to the membership secretary, by calling the information line.
